RSA Europe engaged us on a strategic marketing programme that centred on developing distinctive and compelling propositions for brokers and customers in their key growth markets of France and Germany. The driving force was to use customer insight as a stimulus for product innovation.
The development programme included:
Sector Overviews – drawing out macroeconomic trends and risk factors.
Customer Interviews – insight from which provided a fund of problematic risk areas requiring innovative solutions.
Proposition Development Workshops – exploring opportunities for differentiation and prioritising them through competitive business case assessment.
We then designed a full range of marketing collateral, across print and digital media, and handled digital comms and PR around the launch of the new products.
As a result RSA Europe achieved 50% year-on-year top-line growth in their targeted growth sectors in the European market.
