Core Service – Marketing and Communications Audit

The IRM is the leading professional institute for enterprise risk management education worldwide. We conducted a Strategic Marketing Review for the Institute – with the main goals to establish a clear Marketing and Sales strategy; to set up a framework for effective implementation of marketing priorities; and to embrace developments in digital marketing, transforming the Institute’s website and presence in digital media. We also identified potential new revenues streams, as the demand for risk education increases.

Our recommendations from the review – particularly highlighting the importance of focus and effective execution in Marketing – were fully accepted by the IRM Board, who subsequently asked us to take a non-Exec role on the Board to help oversee the implementation of the recommendations and the change processes in the Institute.
